Returns, Exchanges & Refunds


You can, within 14 days of receiving a t-shirt ordered from our online store, return it . Although you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

To be eligible for a return, your t-shirt(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

If you wish to return an online purchase, please send us an e-mail and we will help you.

Once your t-shirt is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know if the return is accepted by us.
If accepted and you chose to exchange with another t-shirt/size we will e-mail you with the money differential and shipping costs to send a new t-shirt.
If accepted and you chose a refund, please allow us 14 working days to make the refund.

Store Exchanges

If you bought your t-shirt in our physical stores we can only exchange your t-shirt with another size or with a t-shirt available in our online store, within 30 days of the purchase date. To do so, please e-mail us at, with a photo of your t-shirt and proof of purchase. You must cover all shipping charges and your t-shirt(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)

After your t-shirt is received and the return inspected and accepted, we will proceed with the refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
