Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
To do so, please e-mail us at email@example.com, with a photo of your t-shirt(s) and proof of purchase.
The t-shirt(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received them.
Shipping costs are not included.
You can return your online order within 14 days of delivery. Please mind the shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your t-shirt(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you have received them.
If you wish to return your online purchase, please e-mail us first at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Once your t-shirt is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know if the return is accepted.
It may take up to 15 working days for the refund to be credited back in to your bank account/credit card.
After your t-shirt is received, inspected and accepted, we will proceed with the refund of your items. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within next few days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before it gets credited on your account. There is often a certain processing period involved - please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be fulfilled.
If you have followed all the steps, and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds do not include shipping fees as these are non-refundable.
In the unfortunate event that you received a defective t-shirt, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain us the situation with photos.
These policies only apply to our online store.
If you would like to exchange a t-shirt previously bought in one of our physical stores, you can visit that store directly or e-mail us at email@example.com.
We don’t accept returns for purchases made in physical stores.
