We do not refund undeliverable or refused packages unless in the case that they get back to our address.
Postal shipping includes a tracking code but the information that it provides might be unreliable.
VIA UPS & FedEx
We offer the option to ship your order via carrier for a more reliable and faster shipping.
We work with UPS for all countries, except for US, Canada and Mexico, where we ship via FedEx.
Our platform automatically calculates the exact shipping price according to your address.
We do our best to prepare all orders with care but from the moment the order is dispatched from our offices we cannot control the delivery service. And that’s why we do not refund shipping fees of delayed, misplaced or lost orders.
